Elisa Alberto

Elisa has over 15 years of experience as business consultant in developing and steering change management, culture transformation and ‘Why Discovering’ projects, both in the corporate world as well as in the start-up and non-profit space (igniteand.com). She also coaches executives and leadership teams to embrace new leadership cultures that positively impact trust, collaboration, and engagement. She is particularly passionate about supporting upcoming leaders to unlick their full potential and connect to their purpose as leaders of the future. Elisa is also the co-founder of Loretto, UK, a Christian charity based in Southwest London. Her vision is to see more people stepping up in leadership and faith, truly following Jesus and being a visible testimony of the gospel through their lives and work. Originally from Italy, she has lives in the USA, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Germany and currently lives in London with her husband and two daughters. She is fluent in English, German, Italian and French.
