We welcome leaders of all backgrounds and from all spheres of society to come and train with us; whether arts, business, church, education, finance, health, public services, politics or the charitable sector. Our training programmes have been specifically designed for those who want to discover and explore their calling, increase their capacity and competency, develop their gifts, maximise their leadership potential and serve the world around them. The Leadership College London Network
Building a sustainable network of distinctively Christian leaders is as important as delivering great leadership training if we are to see society transformed. By cultivating a space where alumni can collaborate as well as create meaningful and lifelong relationships, the Leadership College London Network encourages students to build accountability and support networks within their own field as well as in other spheres.
Our desire is that each leader's development journey would continue far beyond their limited time on one of our courses. After completing a course at the Leadership College London, students automatically become part of a global network with access to exceptional leaders, lifelong learning opportunities and multiple ways to connect with other alumni. Leaders within the network will have access to a wide range of knowledge, resources and expertise, and for many of our students this has been key for connecting them to their next job, investor or business venture.
