Who are we?

We find young leaders who are called to develop their gifts and transform society—and then help them do it. We sharpen and stretch leaders from all backgrounds and let them lead.

We offer training, mentoring and teaching designed to help emerging leaders reach their potential. By putting our students in touch with other exceptional Christian leaders, we cultivate an environment of support and growth – building a network of leaders who will transform society.

There is no typical HTB LCL student. Leaders from every sphere of society come to study with us: politics, business, fashion, design, church—you name it. If you have a calling to be influential in your specialty area and are looking to be stretched and sharpened, this is the place for you.

We offer focused leadership training that’s rooted in character formation. Our visiting lecturers and mentors bring experience of leadership from all spheres of society—politics, business, the arts, church and more.

Through workshops, lectures and one-to-one mentoring we’ll help you develop your leadership potential and put you in touch with a network of exceptional Christian leaders.

We cover a whole range of topics and have developed the 5 Cs essential to good leadership:

Character – Moral authority and consistency
Competence – Skill and ability
Chemistry – Relational and emotional intelligence
Charismata – Spiritual intelligence
Calling – Discerning direction and clarifying identity
