Ken Costa
Ken Costa is active in the financial sector and has previously served as Vice-Chairman of UBS Investment Bank where he worked for over thirty years before being named Chairman of Lazard International.
Alongside being the Dean of the Leadership College London, Ken is also Chairman of Worship Central, chairs the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Lambeth Trust and is Emeritus Professor of Commerce at Gresham College. Ken was previously Chairmen of Alpha International from 2000-2016.
He is author of the book and film series God at Work and Know Your Why: Finding and Fulfilling Your Calling in Life.
Ken is married to Dr. Fiona Costa and they have four children.
