Ralph Crathorne

Ralph draws on his faith to shape his approach to business leadership. That faith has been tested throughout a lifetime’s pursuit of what it means to live ‘life in all its fullness.’ His journey has taken him through many adventurous expeditions, service in special forces, and a fulfilling family and business life. He has a profound belief that each one of us is ‘fearfully and wonderfully made’ for a purpose, and that through the unselfish service of leaders, others can achieve extraordinary things. Ralph rode a motorbike to Cape Town, drove to Kathmandu, crossed many deserts and mountain ranges (often on foot with his family), kite surfed across the English Channel with his daughters and on the highest navigable lake in the world in Tajikistan. He, and his three daughters and wife are qualified paraglider pilots.
