Viv Thomas

Viv is a speaker, teacher, writer, mentor,  and organisational consultant. He is the Founder of Formation www.formation.org.uk an organisation that gives attention to Spiritual Formation and Leadership Development. Viv is also the Hon. Teaching Pastor at St. Paul’s, Hammersmith in London. He is an ex-Associate International Director of OM International. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from South Bank University and another in Christian Spirituality from Regent College Vancouver. He also has a Ph.D. from King’s College, London University. He loves football, sport of most kinds, keeping fit, learning new things, teaching, making and maintaining friendships, riding his bike around London, eating great food and spending time with his wife. Leadership, Spirituality, Mission are his three main passions.  He has written the books Future Leader, Second Choice, Paper Boys, The Spectacular Ordinary Life, The Spectacular Ordinary Organisation and Wisdom Road: Making Decisions in Company with God. He teaches around these themes throughout the world.
