Jo Rice

Jo Rice is CEO of Resurgo having co-founded the charity in 2003 with Tom Jackson MBE.  Drawing on her coaching experience, Jo authored and delivered the first Spear Programmes and is committed to the importance and power of coaching and impact management in effecting social change.  

Jo is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and, coaches individuals and teams to develop healthy organisational culture and drive social impact in organisations from diverse sectors including private equity, banking, hospitality, retail, churches and charity. 

Jo is a Non-executive Director of Findlay Park LLP and a trustee of International Justice Mission UK.
