Ken Costa is active in the financial sector and has previously served as Vice-Chairman of UBS Investment Bank where he worked for over thirty years before being named Chairman of Lazard International.
Alongside being the Dean of the Leadership College London, Ken is also Chairman of Worship Central, chairs the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Lambeth Trust and is Emeritus Professor of Commerce at Gresham College. Ken was previously Chairmen of Alpha International from 2000-2016.
Pete is a curate at Holy Trinity Brompton, the Director of the Leadership College London and the founder and trustee of UK charity Onelife Leadership.
He has been working in leadership development for over a decade; training and equipping in a variety of contexts in the UK and beyond. Pete’s ability to communicate with depth and passion makes him a creative and engaging leadership specialist. He has a particular interest in entrepreneurial leadership and optimising the potential of emerging leaders.
The Revd Dr Andrew Emerton is Dean of St Mellitus College. He studied in York, Oxford, Cambridge and London, holding degrees in Mathematics and Theology, a Masters in Theology & Ministry from Kings College London and a doctorate in Theoretical Physics from Oxford University.
Nicky Gumbel is Vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB), a Church of England church in central London with 10 Sunday services on four sites with a regular attendance of around 4,500 people – most aged between 18 and 35.
Jo leads on Tearfund’s theological work, promoting Integral Mission (or holistic mission) theology and equipping churches, theological colleges and organisations particularly in the US and Europe, although with also wider global engagement.
Dr R.T. Kendall was the pastor of Westminster Chapel in London, England, for twenty-five years. Born in Ashland, Kentucky on July 13, 1935, he was educated at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) at Regent's Park College, a hall of the University of Oxford.
Nikki was raised as a missionary kid in the jungles of West Papua amongst the stone age Dani tribe. During her secondary school years she went to boarding school in Papua New Guinea before later returning to the UK.
Jo Rice is Managing Director of Resurgo, and founder of the Spear programme. Prior to Resurgo, Jo’s background was in corporate coaching and she is passionate about embedding a coaching culture into organisations.
Rev Will Van Der Hart was educated at Cambridge and later Oxford University where he studied both education and theology. Will is a founding director of 'Mind and Soul' a mental and emotional health think tank with an international reach.
